Common Courtesy

Once the bell has rung stand at your assigned desk at the position of attention and respond once your name has been called. Thereafter sit down and remain silent until all names are called. If your class has a class motto remain at attention until the command 'Take Seats' is called. You must then recite your motto and take a seat.
NO EATING, DRINKING, OR CHEWING GUM OR CANDY IN THE JROTC CLASSROOM.
If you wish to go to the office area: a) Request permission to leave the classroom. b) Knock on the outer office door and request permission to enter. If granted, cadet may proceed to approval destination. If not, cadet must return to the classroom.
The first time an officer or administrator walks into the room, the class will be brought to the position of attention and given present arms.
When outside in uniform, upon the passing of an officer, cadets should present arms and hold the salute until the officer returns the salute.
Cadets shall address all officers as ma'am or sir.
While in uniform, cadets will uphold the standards AJROTC has set for behavior... AT ALL TIMES, i.e. in other classes, in the hallway, at lunch, etc.
NO PARTIAL UNIFORMS. Cadets will remain in full uniform the entire day on assigned uniform days.
