Welcome....
Hey! My name is Stacy, and I'm a 22 year old Cystic Fibrosis patient. I go to IU Adult Care in Indianapolis, Indiana. I'm using this page to show everyone the things that make up my life. Any Cystic Fibrosis patients that see this page, or anyone else that wants to email me can. Just pop in to the contact page.
I'll let you see all parts of my life, not only the cystic fibrosis part. You'll get to read about my interests, my friends, my family, all kinds of great things that are in my life!
I was first diagnosed when I was six years old. In 5th grade, I developed Cystic Fibrosis related diabetes. When I was old enough to understand, around age 9, my parents got me involved in my own treatments.
I like to write poems and take pictures. I LOVE band, it seems that music is what I live for! I am also in choir, I am a soprano but I can also sing alto and sometimes tenor. I am the shortest person in our band and choir, as a matter of fact, I think I am the shortest person in my grade. I work for my church at home, playing the organ. I also play the clarinet, piano, keyboard, trumpet, flute, bass clarinet, and trombone. I am very active in many things which proves that having cystic fibrosis can't slow me down(I'm not letting it)!
