Chapter 5 

    The next morning, Howie and Sarah, and Nick and Cassie slept in while Kevin and Natasha had breakfast with Brian.

    "Are you okay?" Kevin asked as Brian came down the stairs to the table.

    "I'm f-f-ine," he sobbed.

    "Well, have some breakfast, It'll make you feel better."

    "And what were you up to last night?" asked Natasha when she saw Nick and Cassie coming downstairs.

    "Oh, nothing!" Cassie said with a smile.

    "A-huh, ssuurree you weren't"  Kevin said grinning.

    "Oh, well. What are we doing today?" Nick asked.

    "How about we go to the mall?" Cassie asked.

    "Okay, then how about an movie and maybe going to a club?"  Nick asked

    "Well, we should ask Sarah and Howie first."

    "Yeah." They all said together.


      Sarah and Howie said it was fine. They were at the mall shopping when a few girls went up to the guys to flirt. One girl asked Nick if he was single,  he said no, and walked over to Cassie. Another asked Howie if he wanted to go out to a club  the next night, he said he'd already had a girlfriend and he was going to be out of town tommorrow anyway. The girls got mad, so they followed the guys everywhere, the girl that was flirting with Nick went up to Cassie the moment he left her side.

    "Oh, hi! What is your name?!" she said perkily.

    "Who wants to know?"

    "I do."

    "Why?"

    "Because you're going out with Nick Carter!"

    "So, what does that have to do with telling you my name?" Cassie asked the girl.

    "Well, nothing really just stay away from Nick, he's mine!" The girl said.

    "Oh, really?" Cassie said with a smile.

    "Yes!"

    "Then, why am I going out with him?"

    "I don't know"

    "What's going on here ladies?" Nick stepped in after he'd heard what was going on.

    "This girl is telling me to stay away from you. That's all!"

    "Oh really? Come with me, both of you."

    Nick took Cassie and the girl to a hallway and when no one was looking, started making out with Cassie in front of the girl. She just stood there, and when they got done the girl  asked, "Is it my turn?"

    "No, not yet. Oh, and she'll NEVER stay away from me, and vise versa. Now, it's your turn."

    He led her farther down the hallway and into an office. In the office there was a desk with a button on it, he pushed the button and two large security guards came out.

    "Hi Mike, Jim, this is, what's your name again?"

    "I won't tell you"

    "The police will get it out of you if you don't tell now."

    "Then they will"

    "Okay boys, you know what to do." Nick said to the security guards.

      They took her by the arms and dragged her back through the door. "Okay what were we doing again?" Nick asked her.

      "I think this" she whispered as she kissed him, and they started making out again, until the security guard named Mike came in.

    "Hey, do you mind, this is a public place!"
