What is TNT?

TNT is a method to change the reaction to an experience. People have emotional problems like fears, anxieties etc., because something special happened to them. Normally, we can easily recall such events and sometimes can’t forget them.

Some examples of traumatic events or powerful impact experiences are:

EVENT  EXAMPLES OF EFFECTS
Car Accident  Fear of driving. High muscle tension causing pain. Nightmares.
Rape or Abuse Depression, guilt, lost of confidence and self-esteem. Relationship problems.
Violence  Mostly uncontrollable anger and hate.
Loss of a loved one.  Grief, depression and nightmares.
A fall from a high place.  Fear of heights.
Natural Disaster.  Depression, fears, insecurity.

For more detailed examples and explanations, visit the section on diagnostics.

What is TNT used for?

A very scary or painful experience often can represent a turning point for the worst in our lives. We may find that we are not the same since the experience happened. It seems that no matter what we do, we can’t seem to overcome, control or deal with the strong feelings. They seem to be always interfering with our lives

Many experts now believe that the best way to deal with these feelings is to take them head on. But how?

TNT is the method I have been using. It takes advantage of our inner power, to reduce and normalize the power of the feelings. Once the feelings are normalized, you can deal with the event the same way you deal with any event that didn’t bother you.
