Unfortunately, my creativity translates very badly on paper or bandwidth.
(This means, basically, that I cannot draw, am too lazy to write, and am without
the proper angst to create poetry)
I am, however, of the belief that intelligent people surround themselves with people who can do these things. We can't all be stars; some of us need to be the
adoring fans.
Therefore I present to you a cornucopia of links that I am aware of, which in the
catagories stated, deserve a look. So if you haven't run across them in your other meanderings, please check them out. These include the web pages of friends as well as the results of random clicking. Enjoy.
Take special note of the chrome lady on Damons site.
Art done by my good friend Drew
(and btw his whole site is delicious so really, you should check out it out. Go there
NOW.)
One of my fave artists. I went to the Rodin Museum when I was in Philly in 1998.
Food for thought compliments of Rhea who always serves it up in the most appealing ways.
And for all you anti Christian people out there, they aren't all JERKS.
My own thoughts, light heartedly conveyed.
These are SO funny! I really insist these get compiled into a book.
But for now you can see them here. The rantings of Deo.
What can I say? These are beautiful. *hugs WobblyHeadedBob*
I know..No fair Deo gets double billing ..but that poem "Friends" blew
me away.
Cohen..for all you goth wanna-be's..this is where it REALLY started.
Meatloaf..'For Crying Out Loud' is one of my 3 favorite songs in the world.
Loreena McKinnett. Rhea intro'd me to her music, and I can't stop listening to it.
Yes, Elton John is an aging homosexual sell out. That does not negate the way his fingers can do magic with the keys. You should be so talented. *S*
For you, who has spent HOURS and HOURS trying to teach me stuff
about my computer, letting me get mad and frustrated and cranky
and still coming back and teaching it to me anyway...
