Sebba is a land of legend to the inhabitants of the Treene Empire.

You know little of this strange land but for the rumours that circulate generally within Treen. Rumours of a land of forests and mangrove swamps, of great mountains and deserts. Sailors returning from Sebba with cargos of high quality mithril tell stories that in ancient days a mighty kingdom ruled Sebba. A kingdom which was overridden by evil and monsters that poured from the abyss. 

You have heard tell that only part of the continent is inhabited in three nations; the Nation of Bluff Knoll, the Nation of Scardale and the Nation of Auchray. Bluff Knoll is the nation with which the Empire trades. Luxury goods and prison labour from Rhydell are traded for a high quality dwarven mithril that is highly sought after in Treene. Of Scardale it is rumoured that this nation is little more than a collection of nomadic clans who roam the colder north of the continent. Auchray is said to be a desert nation of strange people. There is talk of slavery in that land.

You have heard that those who are transported to Sebba are generally sold as tithed workers to labour in the darkness of the mithril mines of Bluff Knoll for years on end. Presumably this too will be your fate.
