MISSION TRIP
It is approaching rapidly
...........August 1st will be here before we know it and 8 students
(Tia Cope,, Bobby Everett, Cortney Keagle , Andy Swisher, Kaighla White,
Savanna Wilson & Jim York) as well as 3 adults (Randy Holden, Nancy
Reyes & Becky Taylor) will be heading to Denver to minister at Crossroads
to the Rockies. We ask for your prayers as we prepare for this journey.
We also need to ask for your support financially.
It is costing us $400 per person for this trip and sadmittedly for our
students it is a large amount We have had some special donations from
some, but we need more. Please be in prayer as to what the Lord might
have you do to help out.
SUMMER CAMP
Jr. High camp is quickly and your application form is needed. The cost is $135and the camp is July 7-11. We will leave around 10AM and return late afternoon on Friday. The speaker for camp is Warren Rogers director of admissions at ONU and someone who has been here a few times in the past. Get your application and money in as soon as possible.
FUN RAISER
July 19th is our last official fundraiser for Denver. Once again we will keep your car looking good for those summer days. We will be at K-Mart from 10-2. Stop by and send a student to Denver.
PARTY @ THE KEAGLE'S
July 19th will also be an evening of fun at Zack & Cortney's house as we will be having a cookout, swimming, and having an all-around good time. Bring $2 and a 2 liter of your favorite beverage. Time TBA.
LEADERS MEETING & FUN
Meet, meet, meet all we do is meet. NOT!!! Saturday July 26th we will get together for a brief meeting and then off for some fun. Details to follow, but if you work with the student ministries you are invited.
