Lois' Chicken Crunch Casserole

1/2 Cup Milk
2 Cans Cream of Mushroom soup
3 Cups Cooked, Diced Chicken
1/2 Cup Minced Onion
1 Can Chow Mein Noodles
1 Cup Diced Celery
5 Oz. Can Water Chestnuts, Diced
Blend milk with soup, onion, celery and chestnuts. Add chicken and 3/4 of the noodles. Put in 2 quart casserole and top with remaining noodles. Heat oven to 325 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve with green salad, corn muffins, and pineapple sherbet.
