The Charioteer - in the Museum at Delphi
Here our tour guide, Elsa Savas, tells about the renowned bronze
work known as the Charioteer. This statue stood inside a chariot
at a height that made the lower body impossible to see--but the
sculptor still paid attention to every detail, even parts of the
statue that were out of sight. Elsa gave a magnificent lecture!
