Selecting competent reliable personnel to fill varied posts is not easy and our vast experience in this field proves invaluable. To enable us to serve you better, we must be provided with the following information : 1.1 Brief notes of your organization detailing nature of your business and relevant information. 1.2 Requisition letter specifying minimum qualifications and experience in all categories and no. of personnel required, with job specification. 1.3 Employment contract specifying remuneration and other perks to be offered to the candidate. On receipt of the above
we will take the following steps : 2.1 Prepare the detailed job specification in consultation with our experts. 2.2 Advertising in newspaper in India as required by our clients. 2.3 Pre-selecting the applicants through personal interview. 2.4 Scrutinizing all applications received. 2.5. Arranging for trade test as/if required and directed by the client. 2.6. Ensuring that all prospective candidates hold valid travel documents duly endorsed for the country of employment. 2.7 Completing all the relevant government formalities. 2.8 Arranging for visa endorsements form respective consulates. 2.9 Completing emigration formalities. 2.10 Completing ticketing formalities. Special features of the selection procedures. 3.1 We have a team of experts in each area of specialization on the panel of interview 3.2 Weightage is given to various factors and rating is done by each experts on the panel with particular care taken at all times subject to qualification required by the client. 3.3 Our selection will be absolutely objective with no deviation as per the requirement of clients. 4.1 Identity of the candidates and also that of employer is kept confidential until it is necessary to disclose the same. Considerable time of our clients executive is saved as they have to interview only limited candidates
recommended by us. 4.2 Incase the employers representative is not able to visit personally, we will send Cv’s with the rating of our experts of the interviews and necessary care will be taken to see that the candidates are as per the clients requirements for their final approval. 5.1 Medical Test. On selection of the candidate we arrange for medical checkup in a reputed polyclinic. 6.0 We maintain the coordination with the candidates and employer for informing about the progress of the selection, visa position, travelling etc. FEE & SERVICE
CHARGES : We charge normally U.S. $ 250/- per candidate + the Air ticket which includes all our miscellaneous expenses such as emigration, advertisement etc., from the client, or directly from the candidate depending upon the client’s discretion. If the client is ready to pay our service charges, we do not charge anything from the candidate. Trade Test Fees : Actual payable by the candidate. Medical test fees payable by the candidate. Advertisement cost payable on actual basis by the client/candidate depending upon the clients discretion, on approval of advertising draft against proforma invoice. Newspaper copy shall be sent to the client. Visa by client or by candidate. Emigaration security deposit : By the candidate/client To safeguard the interest of client, we arrange guarantee bond from candidate on MOU. |
