Welcome
to the 1999 Outlaws All Star Ladder! This inaugural All Star Game
is attempting to put a new spin on the old 2 on 2 Ladder Tourney, thereby
hopefully spawning some interest. So what's with the All Star bit?
Well, here goes: Each gang wishing to participate will nominate 2
players to represent the gang, in effect that gang's "all stars."
The Ladder will then form from these entries, providing us with the first
ever Outlaws All Star Ladder. My hope is that this will provide some
great competition for our heavy hitters and some great entertainment for
all of us common folk left behind =) . For those wishing to enter,
