Here's
the power section of the 351P. Pay particular attention
to the 2 large Diodes, the cathode ends (banded ends). If
you zoom in on the Big view picture, you will see 2 rings of
solder trace around the diode leads before they go through the
PCB. On this amp, small pieces of the 'solder trace/drill
guide' were dead shorted to ground. Remove any stray
pieces of trace from around these leads that may find their way
to the ground plane. Note the red "A" in this
picture, it shows a small version of what I've just
described.....
