- Do not post blank msg/ "hi" only msg / repeating the same message in order to get a rank upgrade
- Do not flooding the messages board with unnecessary or up appropriate messages
- Do not post any sexual or offensive material or image in guild message board, photo page and guild website guestbook
- Do not attempt to scam & gain access (password) to somebody else's account in any way

Those who violated the rules above, could be suspended from the guild and in some cases will be reported to Neopets Team.

How to Upgrade Your Rank :

From DOG LOVER to DOG MASTER :
At least 1 month as PLG member. Post at least 50 good* messages and put PLG banner in your shop. (If you don't own a shop, you can put the banner in your pet page, and transfer it to your shop when you create one)

From DOG MASTER to DOG TRAINER :
At least 1 month as Dog Master. Post at least 100 good* messages, put our banner/graphic to your shop; very nice, friendly and active in the guild; helpful to PLG and to other members; help advertise for PLG in neopets chat room (especially the guild chat room)

From DOG TRAINER to DOG EXPERT :
Be a very active member, post good* messages a lot, donates regularly, very nice, very kind and very helpful to the guild and its members. Note : Please do not beg gemandco, diauwinz or marl1n for this rank. If we think you are qualify, we will automatically upgrade your rank.

* good messages : No flooding, No spamming, No rude words, No bad words, No one word messages like "Hi!" only messages, or " (or other similar neoticons)" only messages, or "This is my 25th messages", etc. messages.

Note for DOG MASTER & DOG TRAINER Ranks Upgrade : Don't forget to neomail gemandco after you do all the above and tell her that you are qualify to get a rank upgrade.

PLG Donation Center is open 24/7. All the money will be used for contest, giveaway, weekly drawing, etc. Please click here to donate. I will post here the balance every month.

PUPPY LOVE Guild provides free health care for all members' pets. However you must be PLG member for at least 2 weeks to receive this free medicine. Health care coverage : up to 1,500 NP. If we can't afford your pet medication, we will give you another solution to cure your pet or we can work out something else (you can discuss with gemandco)
Neomail gemandco and tell her that your pet needs health care. She will try to get you the right medicine as soon as possible.

Note: The owner(s) of the unhealthy pet(s) have to be PLG members.

If you play neopets for 2 month or less, you are qualify to get a puppy pack. Please neomail gemandco and ask for your puppy pack.

- must be a Puppy Love Guild (PLG) member for at least 2 month
- nice and helpful to all PLG councils & members
- active in the guild message board
- donate regularly to PLG donation center
- help advertise PLG in the Neopets chat room as often as he/she can
- put PLG banner in his/her shop.

The member of the month will get 1500+ NP worth item(s) & a rank upgrade.

Wanna enter your dog to Dog of the Month Contest? Just submit your dog picture to puppyloveguild@hotmail.com. Don't forget to include a short description about your dog such as name, breed, age, hobby, favorite food/treat, etc. and you can write a short funny story about the dog. If your dog get selected, you will receive a prize worth of 750+ NP & a plushie. Good luck!
