Engr. Artemio Soriano of Municipal Planning and Development Council and Engineering Department initiated the rock garden around the Natividad town hall but was inspired by Mayor Alejandrea Supnet. All employees including the utilities was required to bring 5 potted plants. Every department will have its specific rock garden to maintain. MEN AT WORK

ABOUT THE DAM The principal communal irrigation system of Barangay Batchelor East serves as a vital function. Pila Fresh Water Resort is located at Brgy. Batchelor East. Is positioned Natividad to the tourist map of Pangasinan. It is of lagoon curved at the foot of the stratosphere Caraballo Mountain with icy-cool and crystal clear water that is excellent for swimming. Although it was badly damaged by the 1990 killer earthquake, it is still allures many local picnickers and tourist.
