South East Asia Air Transport
 at least 1974-1975, but indications back in the 1960s.

A shadowy US aviation entity operating across Vietnam and Laos. Indications that it served as an aircraft broker, aircraft movement cover, and operations cover company. Formed by Robert M. Ferguson or J.M. Garfinkle that suggests CIA ties. Available aircraft data is from the late period.
