Then, the Graylings celebrate "wedding," but also the King of the Draufishes, the Huchen, can be observed during his mating time. In 1986, a splendid Huchen was fished from the Drau weighing 34.8 kg. This was recognized in 1987 by the International Game Fish Association in Fort Lauderdale (Florida) as a world record and has not been surpassed until today!! Beautiful sand- and roadstone, as well as pure spring stream inlets are a real adventure for anglers. The Drau-dam lakes represent an interesting fishing area.
