These three have had quite
an adventure! It all started with a phone call to the
humane organization I was volunteering with. The lady who
called said she had rescued 4 motherless kittens, she was
keeping them outside in the early Spring and her dog had
killed one of them. She was afraid to keep them any
longer, didn't know what to feed them (She had been
feeding them egg and rice!) and couldn't handle the
around the clock care. They were days old. |

The Three Amigos!

Joan with Dusty & Gidget
Joan paid me a lovely compliment.
She said that no matter where she was living, when she
was ready to adopt a cat she would come to me. :)

I got them. So cute! So
little! These darlings were just that from day one,
darlings! Just about everyone at the humane organization
came by to spend time with these kittens. They helped
with feeding and care, especially play time! My daycare
kids were thrilled to have these cuties in the house too. |
We named the cream tabby
Dusty, the gray tabby Gidget and the orange tabby Mr.
Tiddles. What a treat they were to have in my home.
Bottle babies are a lot of work but, I think they are
worth it. They bond so strongly with you. These three had
personality bursting out all over! They were soon into
everything in my house! |

Because they were so full
of love and personality I was very surprised to find at
adoption time that no one wanted them... |
