Go to Snoops, ScamBustersor Truth or Fiction web sites. Pick out one of the hoaxes or legends you have heard about. Summarize the hoax in your blog using your own words. (DO NOT CUT AND PASTE). Then answer the following question: Why should you not forward chain letters or hoaxes?
2. Blog Posting #2
Assume you are discussing email with your grandmother.
Part 1: Explain to her the benefits of email and the shortcoming. (Include the numers of spam and phising attacks.)
Part 2: Your grandmother would like to open an email account. Suggest to your her a web based or client based service. Explain in your blog why you would make this suggest to her.
Part 3: Give your grandmotehr at least 6 tips on avoiding spam and hoaxes.
