Rapidly-rising hip-hop crew Swollen Members will be making an appearance in Nelly Furtado's new video for the song "Shit On The Radio."
MCs Mad Child and Prevail will be heading down to L.A. on Oct. 30 to take part in the video, which is being directed by Hype Williams.
Since Swollen Members' dark horse victory at the 2000 Junos in the rap category, their independent album Balance has become a massive underground success. The band is preparing to release their next album, Bad Dreams, on November 13.
In other Nelly news, our little bird continues to fly all over the place in true jet-set fashion. Tonight she'll be in Las Vegas for a radio awards show, tomorrow she'll be playing the Grave Digger's Ball with Run-DMC and Shaggy and next week she'll be making appearances in Italy, Portugal, Spain and Germany.
