The
Children's Department offers many activities for youngsters from age
2 through the 5th grade.
A monthly calendar listing events is available.
Story
hour sessions
are available to the public for children age 3 through Kindergarten.
These sessions run throughout the year and last for 6 weeks. You
must pre-register for storyhour sessions in the Children's Room
or by phone (508)624-6902.
Other
events throughout the year include movies, storytellers, musical guests,
arts and crafts, and holiday workshops. A Calendar
of Events is available in the Children's Room.
You
must pre-register for all Children's Room events either in person,
or by phone (508)624-6902. Signup sheets are available 1 week before
the scheduled event.

You
must sign up at the cirrculation desk before using the internet computer.
Library
staff will provide computer assistance as time and staff expertise
permit. Patrons should feel free to ask for such assistance.
Computerized
catalogs listing the library's collection are available to anyone
at any time.
There
is 1 Photocopy machine in the Children's Room. Copies cost 15¢
a piece.
