I the lead again Bill guides us down the last ridge Aakakii. Hmmmmmmmm this hike could be called the Three Ridge Loop!
At 2:50 we arrived back at the Boy Scout Memorial. There we found out that some of the members of Team 1 had finished and were already at the beach. Others, Mabel, said they were still cutting thru the "jungle" along the stream. Gordon showed up at about the same time coming down the way we went up. He looked refreshed and told us he had taken a relaxing nap in a cool shady spot. We piled into Bill's truck for the ride back to the beach. The rest of team two came out shortly telling us of their adventures along the stream.
I still haven't seen a write up of said adventures as of today's date 6/20/02.
