The crossing was wet, it was raining off and on, not hard but enough to keep a person tucked into a raincoat if you had one. My camera was mostly tucked away inside the raincoat with me. I didn't check my watch, but I believe we reached the Wiliwilinui Summit at 12 noon. Since it was windy and rainy we decided to head for the "radio" towers (or is it a TV tower) and eat in the shelter of the buildings. But as Dayle has already mentioned there was little shelter. We arrived at the tower about 12:10 p.m.

The "he men" or is it dummies, decided to sit on the roof of one building which is at ground level. We ate there and talked of "dis and dat". Brenda looking at the signs (see next picture) and being more health minded moved farther down the trail to eat away from the radiation.
