"The Crab and His Mother"
One
day a mother crab asked her son, "Why, my son, do you crawl around the
ground sideways? You are such a young, strong crab , you should walk straight
ahead."
To this the young crab
replied to his mother, "Mother I would be happy to grant you your request
and walk straight. All I ask is that you go ahead of me and show me how it
is done."
The mother crab tried to do
so but in vain. It was at this point that she realized how foolish she had
been to find such a fault in her son.

"Example is better than precept."
