Glue Together

Straighten out the curved edge of the paper bowl with your fingers. Glue the bowl upside down in the middle of the paper plate and let it dry. |
Paint
|
Paint the hat with watercolor paints and let dry. |
Decorate
|
Decorate the hat with ribbon, lace, flowers, or anything else you'd like to use. Tape a loop of yarn or ribbon to the back to hang. |
