*sighs* Okay, Hanson signed a contract with Mercury Records to make a... 5 album deal was it? They did not make a contract to sell their privacy rights to their fans.

Actually I wouldn't call them fans. Stalkers mainly. And stalking is illegal... *laughs* in all fifty states people.

Making the argument that since they did sign with a record label, they knew exactly what they would be getting into. Not true really. There's no clause in the contracts where you waver your life, your rights, and your privacy away.

Does anyone remember the 'Golden Rule' we were taught in Kindergarten? Treat those, as you wish to be treated... Unless you wanna be stalked and your privacy invaded, don't do it to Hanson, or anyone else. I'm pretty sure you get pissed when your parents listen in on your coversations with your friends, or read your notes, or journal/diary, right?

Some asked if the pictures on HansonHotel's MB (Message Board) really pissed me off... *nods* Yes, it really did!

You have the right to take pictures of Hanson, I believe that. When they're doing concerts and interviews and/or if you meet them by chance... and ask permission! But not when they're out being REGULAR people and hanging with their friends, or even their girlfriends. They're not rock-stars every second of every freakin' day!

They have a right to go out and have fun just like any other teen does. Without the hassle and disrespect of those who want to catch it on film.

When you buy Hanson merchandise, you are not buying a piece of their life. You do not have the right to act like you do either.

If at all you do not believe in what I'm writing about here, well then I actually really do hope you do feel the feelings of violation and entrapment. Then, and only maybe then, will you change your view. And *laughs bitterly* do not even hope for the chance of sympathy.
