So let’s break this all down, and let me tell you exactly how I feel about this whole situation, because I’m extremely opionated, for those who haven’t quite figured that much out just yet.
Taylor got married so don’t be so shocked about it! Some people actually fall in love in this day and age, and make the vows. Be happy for him and his wife, and that he was able to find someone in this day and age and while he is in his profession.
Now, I know a lot of fans were upset that he did get married, and that none of the fans knew about it. But come on, if you were having such a special and intimate moment, would you want to share that with three million other people? And if you answered yes, either A) you’re lying, or B) you’re spotlight hungry.
I myself was upset that I didn’t hear about it,. But I sat down and talked it out, and realized that I had no right to assume I should be told. I had no right to make that demand on Taylor and Natalie. Yet, when everyone else realized they were married, they took time, OFF THEIR HONEYMOON, and sent in a comment.
And as if that wasn't enought! Now there are "rumors" out that Natalie's 3 months pregnant!! Jeez, people! Have a heart, or at least some respect if you can't manage to have a heart!
So many so called fans are out there, tearing Taylor and Natalie apart simply because they decided to spend their lives together. But you know damn well, that if anyone had the gall to do the same to them, they would throw the biggest fit in the world!
No matter if Natlie is pregnant or not, it is none of our business as fans. Hanson has never, NEVER, allowed the fans to dig deep into their personal lives. Nor do any of us fans have the right to be there.
It's not right, and it’s not fair. As fans, we buy their music, posters, magazines, H.Net, MOE, concert tickets, tee-shirts, books, hats, jewelry… but nothing else. We do not buy a piece of stock of their lives. We have no right to demand to know what is going on beyond the next album, interview, or tour.
All right, yes, we support them. We put them up on the charts. We help them tour all over this world… but we do not own them. And the only thing that they owe us… is their best when they perform.
You must always rememeber, that they are humans too. They deserve as much privacy as we demand. And even though they are under the media's scrutiny they did not sign away the rights to their lives and we do not have the right to demand that they do.
