(AJ and Me)
"I wonder if everyone is OK." I say to AJ as I walk into the living room.
"I'm sure they're fine." AJ says picking up a picture of him and I off of the floor.
"I hope you're right. That scared me so badly last night." I say sitting down on the couch and putting my face in my hands. AJ walks over and sits next to me.
He puts his arm around me and says, "It's OK; there's nothing to worry about. It's over now."
"I could hardly sleep last night. I kept waking up, thinking that it was happening again." I say.
"I know, every time you woke up you'd jerk. Which woke me up." AJ says.
"I'm sorry." I say looking up at him.
"It's OK. I'm glad it woke me up." AJ says.
"Why?" I ask.
"So I could comfort you. I don't want you being scared." AJ says.
"Thanks sweetie." I say giving AJ a hug.
(Brian and Sarah)
Sarah wakes up in Brian's arms; she looks around the living room. There are things all over the floor. Pictures, that have fallen off the walls, and books, that have fallen off the shelves. The place looks a mess. She looks up at Brian, his eyes are shut and he's asleep. She thinks to herself: He looks so cute when he sleeps. He just looks like a cuddly little teddy bear. I wish we weren't fighting; but I wish he'd pay more attention to me too. Brian starts moving around a little. He opens his eyes and looks at Sarah.
"You OK?" he asks.
"Yeah, I'm fine." She says getting up quickly.
"Some night huh?" Brian asks.
"Yeah, it was. I've never been more scared in my life." Sarah says picking up the phone.
"What are you doing?" Brian asks.
"Going to call Suzy...crap, the phone is dead." Sarah says.
"I guess we'll just have to go over there." Brain says.
"What about the traffic? I'm sure there's a lot of damage." Sarah says.
"Oh, it'll be OK. We'll make it. Now go get ready." Brian
(Howie, Kevin, Tiffany, Shena, and Libby)
Howie finally stops hugging Tiffany. The two turn and look at Shena and Kevin, who are now smiling.
"What?" Howie says red faced. He gets up from the couch and walks into the kitchen. Shena walks over and sits next to Tiffany while Kevin walks to the kitchen behind Howie.
"Girl, what was that?" Shena asks smiling.
"It's called a hug." Tiffany says.
"Well, call it what you want; but I think it was more than a hug. What do you think Libby?" Shena asks.
Libby looks at the two of them and says, "It was a hug, leave it at that."
(In the kitchen)
"So you have a thing for Tiffany?" Kevin asks.
"I just gave her a hug man. What's your deal?" Howie asks.
"I heard you talking to Tiffany last night before you went to bed. She brought up how lucky all of us couples are. You said that we are lucky. I know what you were thinking." Kevin says.
"Oh really? What was I thinking?" Howie asks.
"You were thinking how you want the same thing we all have;" Kevin says, "You want to be in a relationship too."
"You're right; I do." Howie says as he realizes the truth.
(Brian and Sarah on the way to AJ and me)
"Man look at that over there." Brian says.
"I hope the people are OK." Sarah says.
"They seem to be; there are some rescue workers helping them." Brian says.
"Oh my gosh, stop the car." Sarah says.
"Why?" Brian asks.
"Just do it, why don't you ever listen to me?" Sarah asks as Brian pulls over to the side of the road.
"See, I do listen." Brian says. Sarah jumps out of the car and runs up to the people there. A rescue worker turns around and looks at her.
Sarah looks straight at the worker and asks, "MOM?"
