"So baby, what kinda wedding you want?" AJ asks me as he walks in the room.

He leans down and kisses Christian who is in my arms.

I smile, "I don't know. I was thinking that I want lilies for the flowers. What do you think of that?"

"Lilies are fine." AJ says sitting down and grabbing a magazine.

"But I also thought about accenting with red roses." I say.

"Roses would be nice." AJ says reading the magazine.

"Libby said I should have a red carpet for all of us to walk down. Then have the flower girl drop white rose petals. Do you think that would be pretty?" I ask.

"Yeah." AJ says not looking up.

"I also thought that we'd have Lilly arrangements at the end of each row, tied with a white bow." I say.

"Uh huh." AJ says.

"AJ you're not even listening to me." I say.

"Lilies and roses, white petals on the red carpet, lilies tied with a white bow." AJ says not looking up.

"Well, fine Mr. Smarty; what kind of wedding do you want?" I ask sassily.

"Well,..." AJ starts.

I get up and put Christian in his carrier.

I walk back over, "Well?"

AJ slides over next to me and looks into my eyes.

He takes my hand and says, "Baby, all I want is the wedding that will make you my wife."

"Aw AJ." I say getting teary eyed.

AJ leans over and kisses me.

(later that week at the mall)

"So have you gotten everything taken care of?" Shena asks.

"Yeah. I do." I say.

"I helped her with the invitations and responds." Libby says.

"I helped with the flower ordering and decorations." Sarah says.

"I made sure all the food was taken care of." Tiffany says.

"And I've covered all the clothes." Shena says.

"Gosh, all I have to do is walk down the isle and say 'I do.' You guys have covered everything." I say.

They all giggle.

"Well, go put on your dress; we wanna see it." Shena says.

"OK OK." I say walking into the dressing room.

I put on the dress and walk out.

"Oh God Gilligan, you look beautiful." Tiffany says.

I laugh, "Gilligan huh?"

Tiffany laughs and gives me a hug, "God girl, I'm going to cry."

I start crying, "Don't cry."

Tiffany starts crying.

Then Sarah and Libby join the group hug, along with Shena.

We all start crying.

(A week before the wedding)

"OK, lets get this done." Brian says.

"Impatient are we?" Shena asks.

Brian pretends to cry, "It's just that I get really emotional at weddings."

"Oh shut up." Sarah says slapping Brian in the chest.

"So who's going to give you away girl?" Tiffany asks.

"Well, I have everything pretty matched up. See, Shena's going to be playing the piano; and I planned a long time ago, to have Kevin give me away." I say.

Kevin walks in behind me, "And you know how honored I am to have you choose me."

I smile.

"How many times are we going to practice this?" Nick asks.

"As many times as it takes." Shena says.

"Argh!" Nick yelps walking off.

Libby follows him, "You big baby shut up."

As Libby follows Nick, someone pulls her into a side room.

"What the??" Libby asks.

"Shush." AJ says.

"Oh, what's up?" Libby asks.

"I want to do something special for Suzy, but I don't know what." AJ says.

"What do you mean?" Libby asks.

"I mean, I want to do something special for her at the wedding." AJ says.

"Well, here's a thought; why don't you sing to her silly?" Libby asks.

AJ give a 'why didn't I think of that' look.

"Thanks girl." AJ says.

"Anytime, that's what I'm here for." Libby says.

AJ gives Libby a hug, "Well, thanks for being here."

Libby smiles.

Nick runs in the room, "Hey you two, we need to get to work."

"OK OK, sheesh Nick." AJ says.

"Don't mind him AJ; it's not his wedding." Libby says.

Nick just glares and then walks off.

"What a big baby." Libby says laughing as she runs after Nick.

With the room clear, AJ goes and sits down in a chair. He pulls a little, black, velvet, box out of his Jean pocket and opens it.

Inside is a wedding ring; he takes it out of the box.

"God, in a week; she'll forever be mine." AJ says to himself.

He kisses the ring, puts it back inside the box, then back into his pocket.

AJ makes his way into the main room where everyone is decorating and talking.

I walk over to AJ, "Ready to practice...again?"

"Sure." AJ says.

Brian says (in a Judge Mills Lane voice), "Then lets get it on!"

"Oh God Brian." Shena says.

"OK, OK, now we have this set up just right. AJ and Howie are already out here waiting...so you two go up to the front." Tiffany says.

AJ and Howie walk to the front and wait.

"I'm playing the piano...so I'll get up there." Shena says walking up to the piano.

"Then we all walk out in pairs; Sarah and Brian, Nick and me." Libby says.

"Except for me, I walk out by myself cause Howie's up at the front." Tiffany says.

"Oh yeah, I forgot. OK...let's get in our spots." Libby says.

Everyone gets in their spots.

"OK, Nick, where's Aaron?" I ask.

"Aaron who?" Nick asks.

"You're brother dim wit." Sarah says.

"Oh yeah, he's probably in the dressing room messing around." Nick says.

I walk in there and get him.

"OK Aaron, you come in with the flower girl. Flower girl, um...where's Brittany?" I ask.

"Spears?" Nick asks.

"No Nick! The flower girl; my cousins daughter." I say getting upset.

"I'll get her." Tiffany says walking off.

Kevin puts his arm around me, "Sweetie you need to calm down."

"I'm sorry Kev, I'm just...I don't know." I say giving a stressed out sigh.

"It's OK darlin, AJ's just as scared." Denise (Aj's mom) says walking up with Christian and Dominique.

"MOMMY!!!!" AJ yells as he runs down the isle.

"Hey sweetie." Denise says.

AJ looks down in the Christian and Dominique's carriers, "They're just so cute!"

"Believe it or not, you were cute at that age too." I say.

"Hey!" AJ says.

I giggle.

"Brat." AJ says in a little kid kind of voice.

Tiffany walks in with Brittney.

"OK everyone, we're ready. AJ get back up there." Kevin says.

Shena starts playing the music and the practice begins.

After a couple practices; we decide to call it quits for a couple days. And that we'll practice the night before the wedding.

(The night before the wedding)

"We've done all the practicing we can tonight." Tiffany says.

"Yeah really; I'm tired." Nick says.

"Can you complain anymore?" Shena asks.

"Yeah Nick, be good." Sarah says.

"Aw, leave my lil Nick alone; he's had a long week." Libby says sitting next to Nick.

"I think we all have." Howie says.

"Well, big days tomorrow." Kevin says.

There's an ackward silence between everyone.

AJ and I just stare at each other.

"I see one problem with all of this." Denise says.

"What's that?" AJ asks.

"Suzanna's going to have to sleep in a different house as you tonight." Denise says.

"What? Why?" AJ says.

"Sweetie," I start, "it's tradition that the groom doesn't see the bride the day of the wedding."

"Aw man!" AJ says acting pretty much like a little kid.

I walk up to him and whisper in his ear, "Just keep thinking about the honeymoon."

AJ says quickly, "I guess one night won't hurt."

I smile.

"AJ, you stay with Kevin and Howie tonight. I'll stay with Suzanna and the babies at your house." Denise says.

AJ frowns, "I guess."

Everyone starts to leave. AJ, Denise, and I are the last to leave.

I walk up to AJ and start talking to him as Denise gets the babies and their carseats in her car.

"I'm going to miss you tonight." AJ says putting his arms around me.

"I'm going to miss you too baby." I say.

We kiss each other softly.

"I love you with all my heart." AJ says.

"I love you too." I say.

AJ walks me over to Denise's car.

He leans in the back and looks at the twins.

"Well, you two, tomorrow's a big day." AJ says.

AJ leans down and kisses Dominique, "Be a good girl for mommy and grandma tonight."

Then he leans down and kisses Christian, "You be good too. And take care of your mommy and grandma."

AJ gets out of the back and looks at me, "Goodnight my love."

"Goodnight." I say.

"Dream of me." AJ says.

"I always do." I say.

"I love you." AJ says.

"I love you too baby." I say.

We kiss each other.

AJ holds the door open as I get into the car. Then he closes it. I stick my hand out the open car window and hold his hand. As Denise drives off; AJ hardly lets go of my hand.

As we drive out of the parking lot he yells, "I love you"
