"Yes, Mom. Uh-huh. Of course she's responsible! I told you, she's Isaac Hanson's girlfriend. Ugh, yes, Mom. Zac's here, too. No, he's not a druggie. I've already explained this, he's Taylor's little brother. Yes, Josh's friend. Yes. Mm-hmm. Mooom. Isaac is Taylor's brother, too. Her name is JERRY SPENCER. Not Springer!!! SPENCER!!! She's not a druggie, either. She's very nice. We're at Braum's. Yes. Uh-uh. I've already told you. I've said that. Mom, I promise. I promise. Fine. Fine. Love you, too. Bye."

"Jocelyn? Who's Jocelyn?"

"Jocelyn Andrews," he said, now a bit peturbed by his mother's game of 20 questions.

"Andrews? Is that Josh's little sister?"

"Yes, Mom."

"What's she doing with you?"

"She didn't have a ride, and I offered her one. Why?"

"Nothing, nothing. Are you okay?"

"Well, yeah."

Mrs. Hanson sighed. "Fine, fine. I can tell you are very eager to get back to your ice cream. I love you."

"Love you, too, Ma. Bye."

Zac hung up the phone. He hated it when she went parental like that...
