Chapter 8
---Boyz Point Of View---
*On the way to the interview
“Hay Tayles,” Zac said waving his hand infront of his face.
“What?” he asked braking his train of thought.
“What ya thinkn’ bout?”
“Nothing,”
“Yah right, c’mon what ya really thinkn’ bout?”
“What do you think girls of corse,” Isaac said smiling.
“Shut up Ike,”
“Well it’s the truth isn’t it,”
“Well....yah,”
“Which one?” Zac asked.
“Which one what?” Tay said his mind drifting off again.
“Which g-nevermind,” Zac said knowing he wasn’t going to get an
answer.
“Hay Ike,” Zac said. Zac turned around to face him (Ike) but saw
that he was off in his own world.
“Man what are they thinking about?” Zac thought to himself.
“Oh well,” he turned his attention to his Game Boy.
“I wonder if she would go out with me?” Tay thought to himself.
“Are you kidding! She hardly even knows you,” he argued with
himself. “And besides she probably already has a boyfriend,” he
thought “But I hope not,”.
“Man she’s pretty,” Ike thought to himself. “But she’d probably
be more interested in Tay,” he thought disappointedly.
“But then again she is very mature for her age, so maybe she
could go for a guy like me,”. “That kinda sounded conceded,”.
“Hmm I wonder if she’d go for a younger guy?,” Zac thought. “Hay
what a minute I’m only 12 I shouldn’t be thinking about girls,”
he scolded himself. “Although she is pretty cool,”.
**Which girl are they thinking about there’s no telling it could
be three different or the same. Just remember nothing is quite
what it seems.**
Chapter 9
“Hay where’s Nikki?” Liz asked Lily.
“She’s talking to Jonathan,” Lily replied.
“Oh ok,” Liz said smiling.
Jonathan was Nikki’s boyfriend of 6 months. He was cute to.
“I hate him!”Nikki exclaimed walking out of the bedroom.
“Who?” Lily askedlooking surprised.
“Jonathan! He’s so full of himself,” Nikki said sitting on the couch.
“What’d he do this time?” Liz askedsitting down by Nikki.
“When I told him about meeting Hanson he started accusing me of cheating on him and calling me a slut! He thinks he owns me and that pisses me off!” Nikki exclaimed almost on the virge of tears.
“You need to dump that asshole!” Lily exclaimed getting angry that she was being treated that way.
“I did,” she said tears streaming down her face.
“Hay you did the right thing,” Liz said comforting her best friend.
“Yah I know I did but it still hurts,” she sobbed.
“Life hurts, and you just have to deal with it as best you can,” Liz said putting her arms around her.
“Yah, you’re to good for him anywise,” Lily said putting her arms around Nikki and Liz in a group hug.
“Thanks, I’m so glad I have such wonderful friends like you,” Nikki exclaimed.

RING! RING!
“Got it,” Liz said picking up the phone. it was 5:15 an hour and a half
after Nikki’s brake up.
“Hi Liz?” a voice said on the other end of the phone.
“Taylor?” Liz guessed.
“Yup,” he said.
“Is there something wrong?” he asked.
“No, well sorta, Why?”
“Well we were saposed to meet 15 minutes ago and I-”
“Oh geez Tay I’m sorry we forgot,” Liz said interrupting him.
“You forgot,” Tay said.
Liz could hear hurt in is voice.
“Yah,” she said.
“Well can you still meet us?” he asked.
“I’m sorry Nikki is having a hard time right now and we have to
be here for her....” Liz said feeling bad for setting them up
again.
“Um well ok,” he said.
“She’s having problems with her boyfriend well actually
ex-boyfriend and she needs us rght now,” Liz quickly added not
wanting him to think they didn’t want to go with them.
“Oh well I....I didn’t know....I’m..I’m sorry,” he said stumbling
over his words.
“It’s ok, I understand,” Liz told him.
“Well I godda go, tell Nikki I’m sorry for what happened,”
“Ok I will, Bye,”
“Bye,”
“Who was that?” Lily asked only hearing the last part of the
conversation.
“That was Taylor,” she said plopping down on the couch.
Lily’s eyes grew wide, “We were saposed to meet them weren’t
we,”.
“Yah, but I told him that we couldn’t because Nikki’s going
through a tough time right now,” Liz told her.
“Yah I feel so bad for her,” Lily said tears welling up in her
eyes.
“How is she now?” Liz asked.
“She’s cried herself to sleep,” Lily said sadly.
“This was saposed to be a fun trip but now it’s turned into a
nightmare,” Liz said standing up and grabbing her billfold.
“Where are you going?” Lily asked a concerned look on her face.
“For a walk, I’ll be back by 7:00,” she said walking out the
door.
She headed towards the elevator, and down towards the lobby but,
then towards the beach, but not before passing a confused Taylor
Hanson.
Chapter 10
“Where’s she going?” Taylor thought to himself after Elizabeth
had nearly run into him.
“I thought Nikki needed her to be there for her, Or was she lying
about the whole thing just so they didn’t have to go with us,” he
thought getting angry.
“Well I’m going to find out,” he said as he started to follow her
making sure that she didn’t see him.
He followed her to the beach, then hid behind a large rock.
She was doing something, but he couldn’t tell what.
He decided to go ahead and confront her whal no one else was
around so he walked out from behind the rock and walked over to
where he was standing directly behind her.
“So did Nikki ask you to come out here or did you lie to her to,”
Taylor said in a nasty tone.
Liz looked up at him with a tear stained face.
Taylor’s anger quickly disappeared.
“I’m sorry I thought...” he trailed off sitting beside her.
“No you have every right to be mad at me,” she said wiping tears
off her face.
“After all we did set you guys up twice,” she finished.
“No it wasn’t your fault, I’m sorry for jumping on you like
that,” he said looking deep into her crystal blue eyes.
“It’s all right I don’t blame you if you hate me though,” Liz
said staring deep into his baby blue eyes.
“Nah, I could never hate you,” he said smiling.
Elizabeth didn’t know what to say she’d never had a guy say
something like that to her before.
"I'm not sure what to do, Nikki is in so much pain and I want to help her so much
but I just don't know what to do," she sobbed.
"Shhh it's ok I think you're doing just fine," he said wraping his arms around her.
He held her for a little while watching the waves
come crashing into the sand and disappearing almost immediately.
Then he turned to Elizabeth.
“Are you ok?” ha asked watching her draw in the sand.
“Yah I think so,” she said looking at him and smiling.
“Isn’t it beautiful?” she said watching the sunset.
“Not as beautiful as you,” Taylor said.
She blushed.
He leaned over and kissed her on the cheek which surprised her.
“Was that ok?” he asked.
She looked deep into his eyes again.
He looked into hers.
He leaned over and their lips meet in a soft kiss.
“It’s getting dark I’d better go,” Liz said after they had
separated.
“I’ll walk you,” he said getting up and extending his hand and
helping her up.
They walked hand in hand to her room and said goodnight.
“I’ll see you tomorrow,” he said
“Ok goodnight,”
“Goodnight,”

“Hay Tay where’ve you been?” Isaac asked.
“At the beach,” he said sitting down on the couch.
“By yourself?” Zac asked turning of the Play Station and sitting
down by Tay.
“No,” he answered.
“Then who were you with?” Isaac asked a smile praying on his
lips.
“Elizabeth,” he said.
“And what did you guys do in the past 2 hours?” Isaac asked.
“Talked,” he said simply.
“Yah right c’mon what did you guys really do?” Zac said.
“Sense when did you start getting interested in what I did with
girls?” Taylor said.
“Sense you’ve gotten interested in one,” Zac said smugly.
“Haha very funny, I’ve been interested in plenty of girls before
Liz,” Isaac gave Taylor a he got you look.
“But who said I was interested in her,” he quickly added.
“Uh huh yah Tay, c’mon tell us we’re your brothers you can tell
us anything,” Zac pleaded.
“Ok fine,” Taylor told them about what had happened all the way
to when he had walked her back to the hotel.
“Ohhhh! Tay’s finally got his first kiss,” Zac said a wacky grin
on his face.
“Way to go bro,” Isaac said smiling at his little brother.
“Sheesh it’s not that big of a deal,” Taylor said.
“Oh yah right Tay whatever,” Zac said shaking his head.
Chapter 11
“OUCH! Geez Nikki that hurt,” Liz said rubbing her head.
“Sorry, it slipped,” she said.
It was Saturday morning (2 days after the thing at the beach)
Nothing had happened on Friday except they had gone down to meet
the reps for Atlantis then they went shopping for the rest of the
day. The guys had 3 interviews and 2 photo shoots so they only
got to see them for an hour that night which was not enough time
for Taylor and Liz to be able to spend time together so they had
made plans to go to the beach for the day. **Back to present They
were trying to get Lilys suitcases up on the shelf in the closet
but weren’t having much success.
“Lily how can you travel like this?” Liz said as she and Nikki
tried pushing one of her suitcases back on the top shelf.
“I don’t know I guess I have allot of nessities,” Lily said
helping Nikki and Liz push her largest suitcase up on the shelf.
“There,” Liz said after they finally got the suitcase on the
shelf.
“Sheesh, that was hard work,” Nikki said wiping the sweat off her
forehead.
“Yah,” Lily agreed.
Just as they were picking up the next smaller suitcase BAM!
“Liz are you ok,” Nikki asked running over and helping her up.
“Yah, I’m fine, I just now have a major headache,” she said
rubbing her head.
As you can guess that darn suitcase had fallen off of the shelf
yet again. And hitting Liz on the head.
“Let me look,” Nikki said examining her head.
“Well you only have a small knot so I think you’ll be fine,”
Nikki told her.
“Thank you Doogie Howser,” Liz said laughing.
Which made Lily and Nikki laugh also.
KNOCK! KNOCK!
“Who is it?” Lily asked walking to the door.
“It’s Taylor can I come in,” he said from the other side of the
door.
“I don’t know, Nikki are we receiving visitors at this time,”
“I’m not sure let me check....sorry visiting hours ended 15
minutes ago,” Nikki said with a laugh.
“Come on let me in,” he said laughing.
“Ok I guess we could sneak you in,” Lily said opening the door.
“What’s going on?” he asked after walking in and seeing Liz
sitting in the floor and a large suitcase sitting beside her.
“Oh nothing, Liz just got attacked by a suitcase but besides that
nothing,” Lily said.
“What do you mean attacked?” he asked giving her a weird look.
“We were trying to put that suitcase on the shelf and we got it
up there but then it fell,” Liz said standing up.
“On top of Liz,” Nikki finished.
“Are you ok?” he asked a worried look on his face.
“Yah I’m fine,” she said smiling (or at least trying to).
“Are you sure, should we call a doctor or something?” he said.
“No I’m fine really,” she said walking over to him.
“Ok,” he said a not sure look on is face.
“Don’t worry about me,” she said as he wrapped his arms around
her.
“I can’t help it,” he said holding her close.
“Ok that’s enough, I’m about to hurl,” Lily said pulling them
apart.
“Sheesh you remind me of Zac,” Taylor said smiling.
“I’ll take that as a compliment,” Lily said smiling also.
“So what are we going to do with these suitcases?” Nikki asked
looking at the pile of suitcases in the middle of the floor.
“Well we can stuff them in a corner for now and deal with them
later,” Liz said walking over and picking up the suitcase that
had socked her before and put it in a corner.
Nikki and Lily did the same.
“By the by where’s Ike and Zac?” Nikki asked.
“Oh they’re waiting for you in the lobby,” Tay answered.
“Well then we better get going,” Lily said grabbing their beach
bag with suntan lotion, towels, food etc. etc. in it.
“Ok lets go,” Liz said as they started out the door.
They met Ike and Zac by the fountain and then headed off to the
beach.
When they got there it was pretty crowed **Isn’t everything on
Saterday.**
After they found a place to set their stuff the girls went to
change into their suites.
Lily wore a two piece halter top bikershort blue with white
stripes going across with a white daisy painted on the top.
Nikki wore a two piece with two pieces’ of fabric tying the two
together, the top was a bright purple and the bottom was a bright
blue and the two pieces’ of fabric were red. A silver star was
air brushed on the top.
Liz had a halter top and short bikershort bottom.**The kind that
are real short ones that just stop at the hips.** It was a deep
red color with silver air brushed on the top.
They all three wore short cutoffs over their suites.
“Wow you look good,” Taylor said after they met back at the place
where they had laid their stuff. Ike and Zac couldn’t help but
stare. Which made her blush.
Taylor elbowed Ike in the stomach.
“Ouch! Sheesh I didn’t mean it like that,” Isaac said even though
he did.
Liz gave him a funny look.
“What?” he said (Tay).
“Nothing,” she said smiling at him.
“C’mon lets go swimming,” Zac said running towards the ocean.
**Remember it’s California so even though it’s December it’s
still worm enough to go swimming.**
Lily, Nikki, and Isaac took off after them leaving Tay and Liz
back at the beach.
“So what do you want to do?” Taylor asked her.
“I don’t know how bout we go swimming,” she said smiling.
“God she has a killer smile,” he thought to himself.
Then he grabbed her hand and they took off after Zac and the
others.

Chapter 12
“You are so lucky,” Nikki said as turning to face Liz. They had
just gotten back from swimming and the guys had gone to get some
lunch for all of them and Nikki, Lily, and Liz were laying on the
beach getting a tan.
“Why am I lucky?” Liz asked slipping her sunglasses over her
eyes.
“You have Taylor as a boyfriend,” Nikki said turning over on her
stomach.
“I wouldn’t say he’s my boyfriend, yet,” she added.
“Why not?” Lily said a little shocked.
“Well he hasn’t said anything about it yet, and I don’t want to
go around saying he is my boyfriend if he doesn’t think we are,”
she said turning on her stomach.
“Did he say that?” Nikki asked.
“No he didn’t say anything that’s why until he says Liz is my
girlfriend then we’re not,” she said picking up her Diskman and
putting Robyn’s “Robyn is here” **That is a really good CD. I
recommend you go out and buy it. It’s great.** in it and lying
back down and closing her eyes as “Bumpy Ride” started up.

“Wake up people there’s something new in the air...Can you hear
it smell it feel it Robyn is here,” Liz woke up with “Robyn Is
Here” playing in her diskman.
She looked around Nikki was laying beside her asleep Lily was
gone somewhere and Taylor was sitting on her other side drawing
something and Ike was off flirting with some girl on the beach,
she had no idea where Zac was so she figured he was with Lily.
She put down her diskman and stood up to stretch.
Then decided to take a walk on the beach, so she pulled her
cutoffs on over her suite and started down the beach.
She passed Ike on her way down and he waved for her to wait up.
“Hay, where are you going?” he asked after catching up to her.
“Just going for a walk,” she told him.
“Would you like some company?” he asked.
“Sure,” she said smiling.
“Wow she has a great smile,” he thought to himself.
“So how do you like LA so far?” Isaac asked.
“It’s pretty cool,” she answered looking at the ocean.
They walked in silence for a little while.
“Liz,” Ike said braking the silence.
“Yah,”
“I know it none of my business but I was wondering how serious is
your relationship with Tay?”
Liz palsied for a minute.
“Well to tell you the truth I’m not really sure,” she answered.
“Well um are you guys like a couple?”
“Not that I know of I mean we have been spending allot of time
together lately and we have shared our first kisses but I hardly
even know him besides the fact that he’s Taylor Hanson, and I
don’t think he knows me that well ether. We’ve only known
eachother for 4 days, so I don’t really know,” she said leaning
up agenst a large rock and looking at Isaac.
He stood there trying to figure out what to say next. He liked
her and was a little hopeful now that he knew they weren’t a
couple but he also didn’t want his brother to get hurt.
He looked at her she was pretty not the hottest girl in the world
but she was pretty.
Their eyes met, she looked into his brown eyes. He was good
looking and fun to hang around with but she wasn’t sure, she
liked Tay and didn’t want to hurt him but there was something
about Isaac that was special.
She shivered.
“Cold?” he asked walking over to her and taking off his Jacket.
**The guys had changed into their cloths while the girls were
sleeping.**
“Thanks,” she said looking up at him, suddenly there lips met in
a soft kiss but more passionate then Tays had been.
“What am I doing I’m saposed to be going out with Tay,” Liz
thought to herself.
But his kiss was so much more real.
Chapter 13
“Hay Zac have you seen Liz?” Taylor asked. It had been an hour
sense he had sat down to draw and he figured she had left within
that time.
“I saw her walking on the beach with Ike about 30 minutes ago,”
he said handing Lily a Twix candy bar and sitting down beside
her.
“Um where were they last time you saw them?” he asked a worried
look on his face.
“Um by that big rock over there,” Zac said pointing to the rock
farthest away from them.
“Ok thanks,” he said before running towards where he hoped they
still were.
As he got closer to the rock he saw two people sitting on the
sand by the ocean one of them was Liz and the other was Isaac,
Liz was wearing Ikes jacket which made Taylor wonder.
He hid behind the rock so they wouldn’t see him and listened to
their conversation.
“We’re saposed to hear from Atlantis sometime tonight or
tomorrow, and if they turn us down then we’ll play for Virgin,”
Liz was saying.
“And if they turn you down,” Isaac was saying.
“He’s a little to close for comfort,” Tay thought bitterly.
“Then we go to Mercury,” she finished.
“Why don’t you just go to Mercury now and save yourself the
time?” Ike asked.
“What do you mean?” Liz said a little confused.
“I mean if you go to Mercury now I know they sign you right when
you walk in the door,” he said smiling.
“You haven’t even herd us play yet,” Liz said smiling back at
him.
“Yes I have remember when you played for RCA on Thursday,” he
said.
“Oh yah you did didn’t you,” she said splashing him in the face.
“Hay what’d you do that for?” he said in mock shock. **Oops**
He splashed her back.
“Ahh! Cold!” she shrieked.
“Here is that better,” he said wrapping his arms around her.
“How dare he!” Taylor thought angrily.
“My own brother, well I’m not going to let her go that easily,”
he told himself.
He looked at them again.
“Hay where’d they go?” he thought to himself.
Then he saw them walking back to their place on the beach Ikes
arm around her shoulders.
“He’ll pay for that,” Taylor said angrily walking back towards
their spot of the beach.
