I saw that people on televisionwithoutpity.com still talk about the 1999 MTV special "25 Lame" so I broke it out and watched it again, and of course I made a cap of one of my favorite parts of the show --- the Billy Squire "Rock Me Tonight" video, and when Chris Kattan goes "WHY DID THEY PAUSE IT THERE?!"
