1) What is our mission
statement? The mission of the Yellow Ajah is the Healing of all sickness be it physical injury, sickness of the heart and mind, or Taint from the Dark One. We believe that everything short of Death can be Healed and we will help all those in need, regardless of clan affiliation, nation, or personal belief. Although our primary method of Healing will be through use of the One Power, we will use all methods at our disposal including the use of Herbs and psychiatric counselling. We will encourage knowledge sharing and associations with like minded organizations. We also believe that it is our duty not only heal, but to keep others from possible harm. We will not shy away from aiding in the fight against shadowspawn or those who attack the good people of the Light because, by doing this, we protect others from the threat of injury. Our natural talent in the one power also has its deadly side, for in knowing how to best cure the body, we also know how to best break it. Our natural skills in these areas are lent to battle at times. Yellow Ajah Aes Sedai are taught many things, we can destroy your body with terrible poisions, send a horrible contagion to attack your immune system, and cause you to go blind. Do not think that we are easy prey, for if threatened we will not hesitate to use our skills to defend ourselves. 2) How does this apply to the game? a)Yellow Ajah in charge of Battle Hospital. We have complete jurisdiction in time of War in the use, direction and placement of "Healing" allocated Novices and Accepted. b)Healing anyone who asks whether they be a Child of Light or Black Talon as long as the result of our healing someone will not endanger the lives of others. c)Healing is our primary responsibility. When someone is in need of our skills and power we will attend to them when possible. We will go where we determine our skills are most needed. 3) What are the weave requirements to become a member of the Yellow Ajah? a)We require that you have Cure Serious Wounds above "good," but Cure Critical Wounds is recommended, as your gift in healing is what brought you to us in the first place. We also require that you study the weaves that involve strengthening the muscles and armoring the skin. b) other defensive weaves such as refresh and warding vs damage and other cure weaves are also reccomended. |
