You heard them! Get a move on it! Waste all of your bandwidth and hard drive space on something that you will play one time, realize just how dumb it is, delete it, and forget to properly uninstall it.
In fact, I have downloaded 50 of the same screen savers since it didn't work the first time, second time, third time, fourth time, fifth time all the way up to 49!
You know that you have reached an all-time low when you have to download something like that to keep you from getting bored. Doesn't that make you bored? Playing those games cannot do anyone any good. And to add onto that already horrifying thought, more than 500,000 people have downloaded that stuff. 500,000 people have WAY TOO MUCH time on their hands, and probably more by the next tally of downloads.
I seem to get much joy out of poking fun at Downloads.com and people that aren't too bright when it comes to computers... so I think I'll just keep it going.
I do hope that people that have that page set as their default homepage know that they do not have to download their picks in order for your computer to be up to date. Didn't I just say that around Thanksgiving time when they put up some games dealing with whatelse - Thanksgiving of all things.
