Comp. Geeks: A good worm? -- Jon @ 12:43pm

Win32.All3gro.A, a new worm discovered turns out to be helpful? Not according to Vincent Weafer, director of Symantec antivirus research center.

He thinks that this good virus my be bad in some ways. Its origional perpous was to act as an anti-virus.

But whats stopping it from having the code changed to become a virus? This is the main question being asked.

Misc: My Opinion On This Issue -- Chris @ 12:43am
This has been in the news so much since they had the first interview with Condit, so what do I think about him? What do I think he did? Do I think he did it? Do I think he had something to do with it?

What do I think about this, I personally think that he is hiding something given the answers that he gave on Thursday night. Why would he not want to help someone who might be in danger, someone who may be dying? He must be hiding something. It does not concern me what kind of relationship the two of them had. The one thing that the nation and world wants to know is "Where is Chandra?"

If that is the case that she is found dead, and Condit knew who could have taken here, where she might have been, that makes him worse in my books.

I think and would hope that any human would give their time for another's life. What is the worst that could have happened to him if he had nothing to do with the case and he gave up his time? People would like him more. People would think of him as a hero. No, instead he has kept quite for more than 3 months. So why would someone who said that they have nothing to hide not want to give up time for possibly some else's life?

I think that indeed he is hiding something. Look at the answers that he gave, he avoided almost all of them with "I don't know" and "...I've been married 33 years, I'm not a perfect man..."

And if he is possibly found guilty of killing her, or murder for hire, do you know what the people of this nation are going to think about him after they find out that indeed he did do it, indeed he lied to us.

The key issue here if he still says that he has nothing to do with her disappearance is "Why didn't Condit try and help?"
