Sci-Tec: Hacking Hotmail? OMG!! -- Jon @ 10:39pm
I thought Hacker Network was famous for it's hotmail hacking..(yea right)..Another group of has been found cracking into at least 110 accounts.

Microsoft has come up with a correction for a "security hole" problem allowing hackers to crack into Hotmail accounts. Most people with hotmail were subject to many hacks within their account. Now because of this fix,

nobody is supposed to be able to access these accounts. My thoughts on that...with (some) people today and their advanced knowledge of computers will be able to hack into any mail account. There will never be a fix that can stop hackers.

Nice try on Microsoft's part though. I applaud them for their attempt.

News: Dé Já Vu, All Over Again -- Chris @ 9:47pm
Here we go again with the "oh, he had so much stress" type of thing.

The guy, 27-year-old Nikolay Solty, killed his pregnant wife, elderly uncle and aunt, and two young cousins, as well as his 3-year-old son that cops found ditched and dead in a box.

Is this going to be like the Andrea Yates case? Are we going to have people taking sides on this one? I don't think this is going to be the case anymore. After what I found out, he had already killed the kid, and then left his body there for the cops to find

This brings up another point, why aren't people blaming the makers of video games on this latest massacare? Sure, when a teen does something like this, they say "those darn computers" but when an adult does this, everyone goes "he was just nuts". The guy could have played the same games as teens do these days. So why not blame them? See, the public has come to see teens as the only ones that play violent computer games - probably thanks the people almost like my self, known as the "media"

So taking that into consideration, what game do you think he played then? Turok? CS? Diablo? You have your pick, they all have "sharp" objects in them that can be used for killing; sounds more like Turok to me...

I think the cops will find the guy dead somewhere, in other words, he killed himself, but then again, it may end in some kind of intense stand-off. There are only few options left for him as you can see, it's all up to him now

Stoopid: The cow is gonna be ok everybody! -- Jon @ 6:41pm
Ya'll remember that poor cow that got shot in the jaw and nose? A new report from Lodi news, says that the

cow is going to be ok. it went into surgery on Friday to fix an abdominal hernia suffered when being hit by the car.

The owners of the "hefer" are very annoied at the police and say that what they did was very un-necessary, but they wont press charges.

Cookie will be able to return to the ranch in a few days.

Misc: More PC Pimping -- Chris @ 1:36pm
I got the backgorund all good before. I added a skin to Winamp, and then I took a screenshot of it.

What's next? I just had to get rid of those last three icons on the desktop. Thanks to my buddy Revka from Hacker Network for giving me the idea.

It was not that hard getting rid of them, it was quite obvious really, Right Click desktop > Properties > Web Tab > Select "View my Active Desktop as a web page" > Effects Tab > Select "Hide icons when the desktop is viewed as a web page"

Simple. Not that anyone would want to do that

Now I can enjoy that wallpaper in style, and when someone else comes to use my computer, they will find themselfs lost if they do not know where to look

Speaking of desktops, you should see what some of the other guys at Hacker Network have that I have seen... one guy had about 50 icons... 50 of the darn things that can drive me nuts at time... fffffop;

Misc: Re: I Dunno... -- Jon @ 12:12pm
I went around looking on my computer for "All your base" and I actually found it. This mp3 also went with a flash video by The Korean Robots, which can be seen here. The mp3 for the video can be found here.
