square Sold To The Man In The Blue Hat -- Chris || Post in the forum

Got a good lump sum of cash lying around? (Hundred dolla bills ya'll) You can buy Excite@Home starting at about 300 million dollars.

Not bad, bin Laden has that kinda cash. Maybe he can put it to good use. But then again, you would not be able to access any other site other then ones that he deems approiate. Meaning that all news sites will be off limits, and you would only be able to go online to go to pro-Taliban sites.

The leading provider of broadband Internet access, says it will file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and sell its high-speed network to AT&T for $307 million in cash.

Well I don't think they are the leader right now if they are going to get bought by AT&T (possibly), I don't know where they came up with that idea.

In Other News...
Another wave of attacks is under way across the pond

He [Mullah Abdul Salam Zaeef] said rockets in Kabul struck homes and killed women, children and elderly people and called the overnight attacks "a direct violation and terrorist action done by the tyrant United States of America".

The strikes were, he said, a "terrorist act" on the whole Muslim world, adding "Afghanistan has never committed a terrorist act in its history."

Never? Are they sure about that? Looks like someone is not praticing what they are preaching.
