square Safe to travel eh? -- Jon || Post in the forum

Ah. Good ol' air travel. Reliable, quick, dangerous...Only 4 weeks after the Horrible incident in NYC and DC, there has been one false hijacking, one attack on a greyhound bus driver, and now this.

As Chris stated above,

"A Russian chartered airliner carrying Israelis to Siberia for family visits exploded Thursday and crashed off the Black Sea coast with at least 76 people on board. U.S. officials said an anti-aircraft missile fired during a Ukrainian training exercise appeared to have accidentally brought down the plane."

Another plane being destroyed with people onboard. Why does this keep happening? According to MSNBC, it was thought to be a mis-guided missile. Considering the evidence of the Ukrainian missile being spotted four minutes before the crash, and then dissappearing, it is thought to be because of that.

But then again, others beleive that this was another terroristic attack. This thory arose due to the fact that the plane hd crahsed over the black sea.

Jon said that he wanted this stoy, and I think I'll let him have it.

I'm not going to give a full run down about it, that can be his job since he said that he wanted it.

U.S. officials said an anti-aircraft missile fired during a Ukrainian training exercise appeared to have accidentally brought down the plane.

And as for this report of a hijacking, it turns out to be false. Someone called up and said something about it. Quite a scare for a second for people all over.
