       AMIDALA leads OBI-WAN down one of the flights of stairs, 
       dragging him onto the ballroom floor.

       The CAMERA stays with them, at a distance, as they move out 
       into the middle of the room.

       COUPLES are busy dancing on every side of them.

       MEDIUM SHOT - OBI-WAN KENOBI

       OBI-WAN resists as AMIDALA pulls him forward.

       MEDIUM SHOT - OBI-WAN KENOBI AND AMIDALA

       AMIDALA stops.

       OBI-WAN bumps into her.

       He has no idea what to do.

       She takes his right hand into her own.

       CLOSE SHOT - OBI-WAN'S HAND

       Obi-Wan's right hand is placed on Amidala's side.

       CLOSE UP - OBI-WAN KENOBI

       OBI-WAN looks at AMIDALA, distressed.

       He can feel something growing inside of her.

       AMIDALA smiles assuringly.

       AMIDALA rests her left hand around Obi-Wan's shoulders.  She 
       clasps Obi-Wan's left hand her her right.

       CLOSE UP - OBI-WAN KENOBI AND AMIDALA

       AMIDALA begins to sway, trying to dance with the JEDI.

       CLOSE SHOT - OBI-WAN KENOBI AND AMIDALA'S FEET

       OBI-WAN struggles to move his feet with AMIDALA.

       MEDIUM SHOT - OBI-WAN KENOBI AND AMIDALA

       OBI-WAN watches his feet, trying to follow her.

       He stumbles and bumps into her.

       CLOSE UP - AMIDALA

       AMIDALA smiles.

       AMIDALA adjusts her hands and continues to pull OBI-WAN 
       along.

       After several moments, she spins out and then comes back to 
       OBI-WAN.  He just stands there and they collide.

       WIDE SHOT - OBI-WAN KENOBI AND AMIDALA

       OBI-WAN shakes his head and begins to walk off.

       AMIDALA chases after him and grabs his right hand.

       MEDIUM SHOT - OBI-WAN KENOBI AND AMIDALA

       AMIDALA pulls him close and she begins to dance around him, 
       OBI-WAN several steps behind.

       He is completely lost.

       After several more moments, OBI-WAN is beginning to 
       understand and catch up; however, just as he does, he 
       collides with a COUPLE dancing at his side.

       MEDIUM SHOT - COUPLE

       The SOLDIER looks at OBI-WAN.  He gives the JEDI a 
       condescending look.

       MEDIUM SHOT - OBI-WAN KENOBI AND AMIDALA

       OBI-WAN looks at the SOLDIER.  OBI-WAN is sorry and makes it 
       known with his face.

       AMIDALA shoots the SOLDIER a nasty look, coming close to 
       sticking out her tongue.

       OBI-WAN and AMIDALA then look at each other.

       Several moments pass.

       CLOSE UP - AMIDALA

       AMIDALA smiles a reassuring smile.

       Some time has passed.

       OBI-WAN has learned and gotten better.

       The CAMERA pulls away as OBI-WAN dances in sync with the rest 
       of the room, even pulling off complex maneuvers with AMIDALA.

       We stay with this shot for some time.

       WIDE SHOT - OBI-WAN KENOBI AND AMIDALA

       We see OBI-WAN and AMIDALA amid the other couples.  They all 
       dance the same dance.  They are all aligned and together.

       The CAMERA pushes in on them as we see that they are leading 
       the room.

       CLOSE UP - OBI-WAN KENOBI AND AMIDALA

       The two smile together.

       MEDIUM SHOT - OBI-WAN KENOBI AND AMIDALA

       AMIDALA spins away from OBI-WAN and comes back in.  This 
       time, OBI-WAN catches her.

       OBI-WAN and AMIDALA look into each other's eyes.

       OBI-WAN closes his eyes and looks up.

       AMIDALA glances away from OBI-WAN.

       She turns her head and stares at this new sight.

       CLOSE UP - OBI-WAN KENOBI

       OBI-WAN looks down at AMIDALA, somewhat concerned that her 
       attention is somewhere else.

       CLOSE UP - OBI-WAN KENOBI AND AMIDALA

       AMIDALA briefly looks up at OBI-WAN.  She smiles and then 
       departs.

       MEDIUM SHOT - OBI-WAN KENOBI AND AMIDALA

       AMIDALA walks away from OBI-WAN, leaving him alone in the 
       center of the ballroom.

       CLOSE UP - OBI-WAN KENOBI

       OBI-WAN stares at AMIDALA as she leaves.

       WIDE SHOT - ANAKIN SKYWALKER

       ANAKIN slowly walks down a golden staircase to the ballroom.  
       He is in the same black and gold dress uniform as every 
       soldier in the room.  He wears thick black gloves in addition 
       to the uniform.

       He looks lost in the room.

       We can see AMIDALA running to him, but he does not yet see 
       her.

       CLOSE UP - ANAKIN SKYWALKER

       ANAKIN looks left and right.  He then spots AMIDALA rushing 
       toward him.

       His eyes light up.

       MEDIUM SHOT - ANAKIN SKYWALKER AND AMIDALA

       AMIDALA runs into the arms of ANAKIN, running a few steps to 
       meet her.

       CLOSE UP - ANAKIN SKYWALKER

       ANAKIN looks down at AMIDALA.  He is happy... very happy.

       AMIDALA looks up at ANAKIN.  She wants to be happy.

       ANAKIN and AMIDALA hug each other.

       OBI-WAN approaches, slowly.

       OBI-WAN speaks, his voice snide.

       ANAKIN pushes AMIDALA away.  He storms across the few feet 
       separating OBI-WAN from himself.

       ANAKIN violently pushed OBI-WAN down.

       OBI-WAN falls to the floor.

       OBI-WAN stays down for a moment, collecting himself.

       She shakes his head and picks himself up, dusting off his 
       uniform as he rises.

       OBI-WAN runs a hand though his hair, smiling.

       MEDIUM SHOT - OBI-WAN KENOBI, ANAKIN SKYWALKER, AND AMIDALA

       ANAKIN stands between OBI-WAN and AMIDALA.

       He speaks in a slow soft tone.

       OBI-WAN wraps his arm around AMIDALA.

       They walk away from ANAKIN.

       try to dance.  They try to be happy.

       OBI-WAN and AMIDALA looks at each other as they dance.

       ANAKIN can be seen off in the distance, in the space between 
       their heads.

       AMIDALA whispers to OBI-WAN.

       They two dance the best that they can, a step behind the rest

       OBI-WAN reaches down at his side for a lightsabre that isn't

       The TWO JEDI stare at each other.

                 As I speak, forces are being brought 
                 together at a rallying point.  In a 
                 single strike, the Galactic Empire will 
                 erase the Neimoidians from the Universe.

       The holographic planet flickers and glitches, shutting off.

       A high pitched electronic wail sounds at its termination.

       TARKIN rushes up to him.

       TARKIN speaks frantically.  He wears a small earpiece, also 
       emitting the high pitched wail.  He is in pain.

                 much of Coruscant's miltech systems!
