| Waiters and Waitresses will be needed for the Party. Since we have less than 50 members at the moment, we will only need 3 Waiters and Waitresses. |

As a Waiter or Waitress, you will be required to post a party announcement on the Guild message board at least once a day and no more than once an hour. In this message, you should include the theme of the party, examples of foods to donate and to whom they should donate that food to. Also include the date and time of the party.

You will make a list of people who donate to you and how many items they have donated and send that to hhn_fffa on the Thursday before the party.

On Friday, you will distribute the food. You can do it one of 2 ways. You can either set up trades or you can hang out on the message board and as you see people posting, send them some food. Now, depending on how much food you have, members may request food more than once, but they have to wait 2 hours before asking for more food so that we can make sure that all members get some.

After the part is over, if you have any food left over, put them all into trades and send a Neomail to hhn_fffa letting them know that the trades are there to be picked up. That which is left over will be saved for other guild parties.

| Send a Neomail to hhn_fffa requesting to become a Waiter or Waitress. You will get a response with 1 to 2 days as to whether you can become a server and for what dates. |
