| RECRUIT
POLICY...
The soul of a team is composed of its members
and their attitudes. When creating a successful team the members for your team
must live up to many expectations. These include commitment, skill, behavior,
and more importantly their attitude. For the members to be able to live up to
this expectation they need someone to reflect upon, this being the leader of the
team. A successful team is honored, respected, and most of all a role model for
new players and teams. For the operation of a team to take place the team
members must have fun, and trust their team mates.
When looking for a recruit we should look
for all the stated qualities but secondary things such as connection, and age
should not decide the outcome of their decision into the team. It is important
to remember that working on an untalented recruit will eventually lead to a
skilled and devoted player. Most skilled players do not stay in one team; this
is why commitment and attitude are more important than skill.
Anyone can learn how to play but it is
their commitment and attitude that will eventually lead to a successful team.
These are all characteristics you should look for in a new member, if u help
find devoted players and have the time to put effort into the team you will
defiantly have a strong team with a long lasting respectful reputation. A clan
can be made overnight, but a well developed team with a strong bond will last
for years to come.
