Story.
Justice
was the first fully sentient Gear (outside of Sol-Badguy) and the instigator
of the Holy War of Humans VS Gears. Most Gears are programmed to blindly
follow orders, but some humanoid Gears can retain their identity and ability
to reason (see Testament & Dizzy).
In addition to its sentience, Justice was able to control every other Gear
in existence, no matter their origins. This made Justice the only 'complete'
Gear ever. It was sealed in a dimensional prison at the end of the Crusades,
but managed to escape at the twilight of the Second Sacred Order Tournament
only to be killed by Sol-Badguy. The Gear
is now dead, but it has left its legacy in the form of a second fully-sentient
Gear...
