Released: 1996 After three long years, Orion II was released to a thrilled audience. The game introduced three new races, plus a new enemy, the Antarans. Apparently, the Orions had not been the uncontested rulers of the galaxy; they had a vicious, powerful rival on Antares. After long, deadly wars, the Orions finally overcame their foes, driving them back to their homeworld. Then, the Orions made the most mysterious move of all; instead of destroying the Antarans, they imprisoned them in a “pocket dimension,” there to remain forever harmless… The Story |
