Game: Kingdom Hearts
Released: 2002
System: Playstation 2
Rating: 9
Graphics: They will never siese to amaze you(well maybe in 20 years...)
Sound: Familiar Disney tunes and voices from famous actors such as Haley Joel Osment(6th Sense), David Galliger(7th Heaven), and Mandy Moore(A Walk to Remember).
Concept: I hated the idea of Final Fantasy + Disney but I soon got comfortable with it.
Review: Ok I'll admit it. I talked smack on Kingdom Hearts before and even when it came out. I really hated the idea of a Disney Final Fantasy game. The game seemed pretty fruity at first. But about two weeks ago my brother bought the game used. I thought it was gay at first, but then I got into it more. I haven't beaten it yet but my brother is pretty close. Visit worlds from Disney movies such as Tarzan, Alice and Wonderland, Hercules, Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Nightmare before Christmas, Pinnochio, Peter Pan, and Beauty and the Beast. You play as Sora, a 14 year old sometimes absent minded boy. He lives on an island with his friends Riku and Kairi. But darkness spreads over the island on a stormy night and finds himself lost in another world with only the Keyblade with him. He soon meets Donald and Goofy who are looking for King Mickey and join them in hopes that you find Riku and Kairi. This game is full of suprises and challenges. The battle system is different then most RPGs. In this game, you take control of Sora in a Zelda sort of matter and run up to enemies and slash the crap out of em but don't forget you can summon, use magic and items. Your companions fight automatically and you can adjust their AI.
