[ What is the difference with RPGMaker2000 and RPGMaker95+ ]
RM2000 has 3 frames instead of just 2 (the middle one is standing still) and RM2000 uses png files instead of 256 color bmp's! which means you can have more color! Also you can have clouds moving in the background and other cool effects.
