A few thoughts I just had today...*checks the calendar* September 10, 2000. An interesting day for me, as you will soon see from the following words. Hope you avoid what caused them, but still enjoy what they are.
The human heart...instrument of profound importance to our lives as it pushes our blood to every part of our body. It is also seen as a symbol of love, and in older times, the place where the soul rested. We’ve also come up with all kinds of sayings about wounded hearts, frozen hearts, hearts weeping, and many more. Myself, I came up with a small saying of having my heart feel like it was shredded into pieces, which were put back together but slighlty out of place.
Today, it feels like that again. Love lost another two hearts today, perhaps...then again the phrase “time heals all wounds” comes into play. True, it doesn’t always work, but hearts are resiliant things and so am I. As I recently told someone no relationship is without it’s pain, for humanity wouldn’t know what to do with one that didn’t. Perhaps the one I said that to and I will get back together again, perhaps not - I don’t know. Either way, love still is out there, and dispite a few wounds to the heart, it’s still beating, and so is open to finding that Heavenly piece of emotion that is humanity’s true blessing on Earth.
*smiles faintly* Oh, I might have exaggerated things a litte, but that's what Creative License is all about, no? May the Light guide all of you...and no, I'm not terribly religious.
