Get out a creature first turn or Duress if possible. A Phyrexian Negator is something for your opponent to fear if dropped first turn. Gain card advantage by discarding your opponent's hand with Duress, Unmask and Persecute. The Chimeric Idol's are to counter against black creature hosers like Light of Day and White Knight. Engineered Plague takes out decks that rely on a certain type of creature like elves for Trinity Green, Stompy and Angry Hermit. For Angry Hermit, you can also choose squirrels to mess them up for a while. Eradicate takes out creaures with one blow removing the rest from the game. The Phyrexian Processor is used to create monsters of creatures. The 1 Stromgald Cabal is used to lock Replenish decks and white decks.
