Religious Life Events

2003-2004

Reading Club – Held every Tuesday at 8:30pm at the Newman House. This year we will be focusing our attentions on one book in particular, St. Francis de Sales’ infinitely practical guide to Christian living, Introduction to the Devout Life. Bible Study – Held every other Wednesday at 7:00pm at the Newman House. For the fall semester, we will be focusing on the Gospel of Matthew, and in particular his account of the Sermon on the Mount. Click here for a schedule of events!

Movie Club – Held the first Friday of every month at 8:30pm at the Newman House. Gather for a fun night of film, food, and friends, and maybe a little intellectual discussion too. Click here for a list of showings, and links to more information about the films.

Office of Readings – So that we may put what we learn in Reading Club and Bible Study into immediate practice, the Office of Readings will be prayed after these events in the Newman chapel. Essentially, this means they will be held every Tuesday at 9:30pm and every other Wednesday at 8:00pm.
