A lot of the graves I have visited are overgrown, and in poor repair. It is the responsibility of the family to care for graves in any cemetery, but unfortunately families move, and some graves are forgotten. However, it does not take much in most cases to clean them up - and not a bad exercise on a nice day! If you live near one, take the time to visit, take some household bleach and a scrubbing brush, and you will be amazed at the results.
Take a look at the cemetery list, to see if there is someone near you.
Farewell,
Until the day breaks, and the shadows flee away.
