Has Raichu Dethroned Charizard in Team Rocket
The Newest Scyre's Cover.
This Month's Scyre Issue as you can see Is Promoting the Team Rocket Raichu. Why is this Raichuso special? Well probably because there is NO JAPANESE EQUIVALENT of this card! With Pokemon Originating in Japan All of the Pokemon Cards in English and Other Languages (Italian, French, Spanish, German) Have simply been Translated Re-Prints of the Japanese Cards. Well Wizards of the Coast has Broken Tradition and Released a NEW card for the game that is not a part of the Japanese Team Rocket Set. Why did they do this? Perhaps to prove that they aren't just copy cats, or maybe was it from the Flop that the Base 2 Set caused. Whatever the Reason maybe they'll continue with creating new cards and Expand the World of Pokemon Even Further.
A poem that I got, and thought worth Sharing
Now I sit me down in school

Computer Error
This is the Newest American Promo Card!!! Very Very Very Few are out right now, The Leauges are supposed to hold off on distribution for a few more weeks, but of Course, I got 5 this Saturday, and they ARE up for Trade!!!.

Today Ibutsu.com announced that soon the Page will be shutting down due to Financial Difficulties. What will happen to Ibutsu.com?? Well I've offered to allow some of my space on my site to be used for Some of it's features..though being a Free page i will be unable to have the Store, but as for the Trading boards and the Deck reviews I can think my site can handle that to an extent. may have to begin deleteing older messages to save room but we'll see what happens....hey if all else fails i can save the html script the way it is on disk....i've only got about 300 floppys that aren't being used.

I'm Back!!! And I Bring News....
Good News for upcoming additions to my site..I finally got my scyre back so i'm getting the Priceguides fixed FINALLY..also this weekend i'll be getting me a new magazine that has the episode summarys for the first season or so, You can look for them to show up after i get the Price Guides keyed in!!! (There being done by hand, sore cramping hands, but will be done soon hopefully), and After that maybe complete Card Traslations for EVERY Japanese Card made in a simple easy to find way, where you look the number on the card not the Name (most americans like me read Japanese worse than we pronounce it, if we can pronounce it)
A quick note....I was Trading a Sabrina's Gengar for a card and i got the Gengar back...the post office returned it to me....if this was supposed to be your card e-mail me with card you already sent me so i can get your address (i threw the envelope away by accident and i don't want to jip you)
I rember what the card was you sent and look foward to completeing the trade with you!!!!

Student Wins $1,500 In Pokemon Case
PITTSBURG, Calif. (AP) - An 11-year-old boy whose middle school confiscated, then lost, his 161 Pokemon cards took the school to small claims court and won a $1,500 judgment.
``I'll be able to get more Pokemon cards,'' Rudy Donithan-Treat said outside the courthouse after the verdict Tuesday.
Rudy, a sixth-grader at O'Hara Park Middle School in Oakley, sued the school district in January for $5,000 after trustees rejected a $500 claim.
A monitor confiscated Rudy's cards in August, but when he went to collect them, they had disappeared.
Principal Diane Frost told Contra Costa County Superior Court Judge John M. Allen the Pokemon cards were disrupting the school.
``On a daily basis, we found ourselves taking them away constantly,'' she said.
But the judge said that once school officials took the cards, they were responsible for them. He based the award on estimates provided by the family and the district.
Pokemon is short for ``pocket monsters,'' tiny cartoon creatures with names like Pikachu, Charizard, Squirtle and Blastoise.
The trading cards have become so popular that they have been at the center of schoolyard disputes and crimes committed by children nationwide. Many schools have banned the trading cards because they are distracting youngsters from their studies.

Revised Base Set Is Officially Released!!! Though it may be a little while before it makes it's way to all the stores. This revised Set will include new Theme Decks (the Brush Fire containing a Charizard, possibly the overgrowth with a Venusaur or Blastoise)

K-Mart Stores are allowing you to reserve your copy of the game for $5 (the $5 will then be applied to the total like a cupon most likely!!!)This weekend I'm going to my local K-mart to get the game reserved for me!!!

New Pokemon Types!!!
Yes that's right, in the March 2000 Scyre they preview the new Dark/Bad and Steel pokemon!!! these new pokemon will be in the actual Neo Set along with the "Baby Pokemon" and new versions of the older pokemon to match the new colors with new weakness and resistances!!! these 2 new colors will also have there own energy!!! Supposedly the Dark/Bad color will work well with the evil pokemon from the Team Rocket Set!!!

January 9th, Y2K MEW HAS LANDED IN AMERICA!!!! Local Stores that have the Pokemon Leagues had lots of fun with the Distribution of the Mew Promo Cards (the mew card for those of you that are not aware is a special card that was given out on Jan. 8th to promote the DCI League for Pokemon Players). My Special Thanks to the local Borders Store which was giving away more than one per person!!! me and my 4 friends that crammed into my car had about 6-7 mews after 2 hours....I still have some up for trade!!!
My site Hit 1000 Hits today!!! WOW I didn't expect it to get that high that fast!! I have also added a Small Advertisment for a store (Gamequest) on my main page, It's a local Gaming store that carries Pokemon Cards, Plus import cards and many other Anime and DBZ stuff. There a Great Store, kinda still new but one that will last.....
I'm still trying to get the html codes to make music work on the Netscape viewers of my page, but that is proving quite hard to do!!!
January 7, 2000 I've finally been able to get to update my page some, for those of you viewing through AOL, or Ineternet Explorer then you hear the wonderful Pikachu Song, which will soon be removed from it's Infinite Loop!!! (Can't stand the Torture)
and be replaced hopefully with links that you can click to start playing multiple Pokemon Sound files and maybe even a few of myself since I've got this annoying Microphone on top of my computer I should probably use it for something huh???
American Team Rocket Set Released This Saturday???? This rumor has now started up on various other sites, I know not if it is true but this Saturday at League you can expect to get the wonderful Promo Mew Card!!! Don't trade it off first day!! Unless your trading it to me of course....that's a different story.

I've been working hard to get the buttons made up and took me a while to the stupid html codes to work!!! It may take a little longer to load but it imporoves the look of the site!!!
Well I wasn't able to get to League today...Had to see about getting my drivers side window replaced!!
Some People are just real jerks!!!
Also a Thank You the Richomd County Sherrif's Department who drove by my car at least twice while it was in the mall parking lot at work from 10am to 5:45pm on this last Monday, and just thought i left the window down!!!
December 2,1999 Well I didn't win the page of fossil holo's at either of the Kaybee's :-( But I have added quite a bit to my site!!!! And I have been Added to the Staff of the Good Traders Organization!! I will be Verifiying Trades that have been reported!!

11/24/99 Kaybee Toys is giving away un-cut sheets of fossil Holo's!!! Now How do You Get them.... This Saturday and Sunday go and sign-up!!! for the Drawing! If you have multiple KB's in your area sign up at them all....There are 2 in the mall i work at so I'll be signed up for both!!!!
I finally got my Counter working again and the Pikachu!!! the counter crashed when i messed up the Html code adding the pikachu and missed an end tag!!
Yep, everything you see on my site I personally did!! typed it all, put the links and images up and everything else...there's just me!!!

Pokemon: The First Moive: Mewtwo Strikes Back Is now RELEASED!!! The movie is out and is Awesome!!! The short..Pikachu's Vacation SUCKS!!!! Well not entirely there are lots of great shots of Onix! but over all it SUCKS!!!
The Actual Movie is Awesome!!! Mewtwo Kicks Butt!!! the final battle between Mew and Mewtwo is Awesome!! and _______Wins!!! Ash does good and Mew Is so Great!!! And Playful Mew Never Frowns!!!
over all i'd give it 3 1/2 stars....when your expecting a Movie and get a long tv episode that's a little dissappointing and then when they show the new pokemon Elephant they mute the volume for the intro song so you don't get to hear his attacks!!!
One thing i disliked, non of Ash's other pokemon have evolved!!! All the other "Great Trainers" have fully evolved pokemon, not ASH he still has Squirtle and Bulbsaur!!! Evolve them!!! Blastoise "shell shocker" is AWESOME though he gets his butt kicked by the clone, he's not alone as all the others get beat by their clones too!!

AHHHHH The Burger King Cards aren't TCG Cards!!! that really sucks!!! Oh Well that means I just have to buy 4 tickets and only eat a stupid value meal once to buy my gold Charizard...
If your curious just what 4 promo's are being given away you can go to the Wizards of the Coast Home Page (www.wizards.com/pokemon) and see all 4, yeah it's not a nice close up but hey there still there....a helpful hint for all the collectors!! SAVE YOUR TICKET STUB with the card...Since these Cards are only being given away with the tickets doesn't it only make sense to save the ticket stub with the card, or if you buy extra tickets to save a whole ticket in mint condition!!! That's kinda like the Jap Mew that was given out at theatres there it's worth more with the program!!
News Alert about the PRERELEASE AREODACTYLS!!!! Many leagues, espically the ones here in Augusta have been handing them out like candy!!!! THIS IS NOT WHAT IS SUPPPOSED TO HAPPEN!!! The league stores are handing them out to those that sign up for session two, which was rumored to have the American MEW card, which release date has been pushed back till January 8th of next year!!! Because of these PRERELEASES Being handed out like candy it has caused a temp drop in rarity because of it, HOWEVER the price will rise as there are fewer of them than there are those that just bare the 1st ed stamp

Coming to Theather's November 10th,Rumor Has it that Burger King, will be offering 57 Pokemon toys, and 6 special edition Pokemon TCG cards with every happy meal.
Second Session of The Pokemon League starts first saturday in November for most participating stores!!! The free card given away should be a ; However, WoTC has been late on shipping and some stores still have not recieved the cards to give out for second session!
