Well you have reached the first of my poetry pages..my poems mean alot to me
alot of my poems were written about times in my life and come from my heart, others
were written for special people. I hope you enjoy my writing as much as I enjoy

When The End Comes..

Am I just a shadow,
cast upon that stone you call a heart,
a memory drifting within your soul,
Will you remember me when I go.
Time will pass,
and you will know...

Friend you saw the truth for me,
and love I got in return was the key.
Your secrets buried deep within me,
and my wounded heart open for all to see..

Amazing how the story unfolds,
the endings always interpreted
differently by the characters.

All the lies come undone,
where there was decay,
a new flower has grown.

And like the wind,
that blows across the sands of time,
A moment was I in your life,
as you were in mine..

So take my love that I gave to you,
and forever carry it with you...

Keeper of My Universe

Your the mirror of my soul,
the reflection of my spirit within..
Your voice my guide to the heavens.
In your eyes I see the world,
and in your hands you hold the stars.
When you took my hand,
and put your finger to my lips..
I felt the electricity of your soul.
You touch me without a touch,
and I feel you with me all the time,
Your laugh is music to my ears,
and your whisper my secret language.
You are the magic,
I rejoice in knowing you,
my words are my song..
Thanks for giving me the sky,
thanks for blessing me with your magic,
thanks for allowing me to be your friend,
and letting me cling to the moon.

Dreamwalker

I saw you in a dream,
a figure in the mist,
how I longed to hold you,
share with you a kiss.
But you walked away from me,
a smile upon your face,
taking all my happiness,
leaving me disgraced.
Moonbeams I saw twinkling in your eyes,
the heavens called for you,
not that I'm surprised.
How could I hold you here,
even if for one moment more...
When something else calls to you,
beckoning at your door.
My smile fades as I wake from my slumber.
Will I dream of you again,
for that there is no wonder..
You come to me nightly,
to touch me whilst I sleep.
But how I wish you would fall to earth,
to make my dreams a reality.

Shining Star

While looking up at the stars one night,
I noticed one was brighter than the others,
It wasnt the biggest star,
but it shined so bright it lit up the sky.

I made a wish upon that star for you,
and never in my wildest dreams did I think,
it would come true..
Sent from the heavens that star fell to earth,
to brighten my life and expand my world.

To show me new places,
and to teach me new things.
The star became my guide,
to show me the world through his eyes.

The star brought me into his world,
and let me into his heart.
Attracted to his light,
the star gave me a new hope,
a belief in love at first sight.

But as all stars do,
that star faded and flickered,
and sometimes I could not see.
But deep in my heart,
I knew that star was there for me.

That star gave me the sky,
for a moment in time,
how grateful I am..

And who knows I may see that star again,
But I will keep my eyes on the sky,
till my star shines again.

Always Friends

Starting off only as friends,
I got to know you beginning to end.
You listened to my broken heart,
and I was there for you too.
But along the way,
that friendship changed,
and became something new.
Everyday I find myself more caught up in you,
I wonder what you are doing,
and when I will see you again.
To think of you brings me more
happiness than I could ever explain.
Knowing that I hold a place in your heart,
makes me feel so lucky.
Somehow I wish I could find the words,
to express to you my feelings,
but for once I am speechless.
I thank fate for allowing me
the chance to have you in my life,
and always remember,
that no matter what we are friends.
You are a star to me,
and will always be.
And Im blessed everyday that you know me.

Illusion of Truth

Once I thought I knew just who you were,
but it seems all I knew was an illusion, a blur.
I always gave you the truth,
and put my heart on the line.
Seems to me that was just a waste of time,
I cared for you with no bounds,
and in my heart I still do.
Wished I couldve meant something to you,
but im not going to hurt anymore.
Im moving on and above all the pain,
Looking for the truth,
maybe Ill find it again.
You will always have a special place in my heart,
just because of who you are.
Take care of you,
hope you find happiness and love,
and reach your goals,
Ill be in the shadows, always..

Untitled

My cold silver heart, makes me so lonely,
So closed off from the world,
dont want anyone to find me.
Feeling like Im in the dead of winter,
my heart is hibernating till my sun shines to warm me.
Could you be the warmth,
that takes the crystallic ice from within?
Brighten my world with your,
beautiful and enlightening presence.
Change the seasons of my soul,
beckon my silver heart to let you in.
Be my light, be my warmth,
be my spring,
be my awakening,
and make the seasons turn.
Be my solar sun,
and melt my heart and soul from within.
For my ice is my pain,
and only the sun can bring me happiness again.
